The Colonial House is ideally suited for groups of 28 - 30 people with the guest living room as a place to gather before and after meals, plus the dining room for meals enjoyed in the fellowship of friends and family.

In addition to enjoying the facilities of the Colonial House, we can make arrangements for group activities such as hay & sleigh rides, skiing, Weston Playhouse tickets and other activities in the area. Group packages can be created to cover a wide variety of length of stay, number of people, ages of guests (children welcome) and meals. We do include the price of the meals for the nights that dinner is being served and as well as taxes and gratuities in our package plans.

The Group Rate Schedules assumes arrival on Friday in time for dinner and departure on Sunday morning after breakfast; other days of the week are certainly an option! The rates, listed as per person, double occupancy, include two breakfasts, two dinners, two nights lodging, taxes and gratuities. Capacity for groups is 28 with 2 people per room; cots are available as needed. Please inquire for mid-week rates which are eligible for a reduced rate.
