Smoking:
This is a fully Non-smoking Inn.

Pets:
We do allow well-behaved pets to stay in the motel rooms for an additional $10 per night ($20 minimum)to cover cleaning. The motel rooms have doors to the outside, so there is direct access without going through the common areas of the Inn. We do not allow pets in the Inn rooms. Remember, we also have homemade dog bone biscuits from Grandma Miller's Pies and Pastries available for $1.

Afternoon cookies:
2:00 pm Complimentary homemade cookies are served to our guests every afternoon along with lemonade (in the summer); coffee, tea or decaf coffee are available to our guests all the time.

Deposit Policy:
A deposit of one night's lodging with tax is required to secure your reservation. You may pay this with your credit card when making your reservation or by sending a check within seven (7) days.

Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation more than two weeks before your scheduled arrival. With less than two (2) weeks notice, your deposit will be refunded if your room(s) is/are filled for all the nights you reserved. Late arrival or early departure causes forfeiture of deposit, unless the changes are made two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.

B&B or MAP:
We offer two (2) options on the nights that we are serving dinners. You can select B&B (Bed & Breakfast) which will include your lodging and breakfast only. Or, you can select MAP (Modified American Plan) which will include your lodging, breakfast, and dinner. Please let us know which option you prefer when making your reservation.

Dinners:
We serve dinners to our guests on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from mid-June to mid-October and during holiday periods during the Fall, Winter, and Spring. During the remainder of the year, we serve dinners on Fridays and Saturdays or upon special request for a group mid-week (10 or more people). We serve scrumptious meals - three entrees that change daily - including appetizers, fresh garden salad, entree with fresh vegetables and ending with a tasty selection of desserts from Grandma Miller's Pies and Pastries. Dinners are $26.95 per person - appetizer through dessert or you can select al carte entree only is $19.95.

Groups:
A reservation of three (3) or more rooms is considered a GROUP reservation. The rate is calculated to included lodging, breakfast and dinner (on the nights we are serving) plus R&M tax (9%) and gratuity (15%).

Minimum Stay:
We have a 2-night minimum stay on the weekends (Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday). On most holiday weekends we have a 3-night minimum stay.

WiFi:
Free wireless internet is available for those guests who bring their laptops.
