Cancellation and Deposit Policy
A deposit of one night's lodging with tax is required to secure your reservation. In the event that you must cancel, your deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than two weeks before your scheduled arrival.

With less than two weeks notice, your deposit will be refunded if we are able to fill the room(s) for the night(s) reserved.

Your deposit may be paid by personal check, to be received within 10 days of making the reservation, or by providing us with a valid MasterCard, Visa or Discover card number when the reservation is made.

Pets
We do allow well-behaved pets to stay in the motel rooms for an additional $10 per night ($20 minimum) to cover cleaning. The motel rooms have doors to the outside, so there is direct access without going through the common areas of the Inn. We do not allow pets in the Inn rooms. Remember, we also have homemade dog bone biscuits from Grandma Miller's Pies and Pastries available for $1.

Special Discounts
The Colonial House offers special rates for midweek stays, senior citizens and clergy (excluding weekends, holidays, Summer and Fall Foliage seasons). Additionally, we offer reduced rates for some off season weekends. Please inquire about discounts which may apply to your reservations when you call or write.

Group reservations (three or more rooms) are accepted on a Modified American Plan basis only. This includes dinner, breakfast, taxes and gratuities. Please inquire when making reservations.
