Afternoon Cookies
At 2:00 pm complimentary homemade cookies are served to our guests every afternoon along with lemonade (in the summer); coffee, tea or decaf coffee are available to our guests all the time.

Bed & Breakfast
A full country-style breakfast is served daily from 8:01 am to 9:33 am in our dining room, and is included in the price of your lodging.
Groups
A reservation of three (3) or more rooms is considered a GROUP reservation. The rate is calculated to included lodging, breakfast and dinner (on the nights we are serving) plus R&M tax (9%) and gratuity (20%).
Wifi
Free wireless internet is available for those guests who bring their own electronic devices.
Pet Friendly
We are pet friendly and allow well-behaved pets to stay in the motel room units 1 - 7 only for an additional $25 per night ($50 minimum). The motel rooms (1 - 7) are pet friendly and have doors to the outside, so there is direct access without going through the common areas of the Inn. The inn rooms are not pet-friendly (since the rooms are like staying in someone's home). Our Inn Dog Chappy is very friendly with other pets all we ask is that you do not bring your dog(s) into our guest living room.
Cancellations and Deposit Policy
A deposit of one night's lodging with tax is required to secure your reservation. In the event that you must cancel, your deposit will be refunded (less a $20.00 cancellation fee) if you cancel more than two weeks before your scheduled arrival.
With less than two weeks’ notice, your deposit will be refunded (less a $20.00 cancellation fee) if we are able to fill the room(s) for the night(s) reserved.
Your deposit may be paid by personal check, to be received within 7 days of making the reservation, or by payment of an invoice through our credit card processor, Square, that we send to you after you have made your reservation.
Minimum Stay
We have a 2-night minimum stay on most weekends (Thursday-Friday, Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday). On most holiday weekends we have a 3-night minimum stay.
