3. Secure with Deposit - A 50% non refundable deposit is required upon booking, with full payment due one month prior to your group's arrival date. For peak holiday weekends (New Year's Eve, MLK Weekend, President's Day, Easter, Columbus Day/Indigenous People's Day, Christmas) we require the full amount to be paid at booking, no refunds will be available for these dates.
